Rubber-to-metal elements
To isolate components that are subject to dynamic stress from vibrations, rubber-to-metal elements (in some cases also called vibration absorbers) supplied by transprotec are used.

Typical areas of application are:

Materials handling, |

Construction machinery |

Machine tools |

Frames for machine construction |

The vulcanisation ensures the largest possible adhesion between the rubber and the steel. Natural rubber (55 Shore A +/-5) is used as base material. This material is first and foremost characterised by high elasticity and tear resistance, as well as age resistance. The operating temperatures lie within the tolerance range of -30°C of + 70°C.
