Rubber buffers
Rubber buffers supplied by transprotec are characterised by steel plates that have been vulcanised into/onto the rubber. The buffers with threaded bolts are characterised by twist-free threaded bolts. transprotec supplies the following types of rubber stop buffers:

 Maximum adhesion between the rubber mixture and steel is achieved by means of vulcanisation. As macromolecular material, caoutchouc is the elastic component of rubber, and thus influences the mechanical properties, e.g. the breaking elongation, strength and tear resistance.
