Rubber and cellular buffers
To complete its product range, transprotec supplies both rubber buffers with steel plates or threaded bolts, and cellular buffers with base plates made of plastic and steel, depending on the size, as well as rubber-to-metal elements.
 Rubber buffers
Steel plates have been vulcanised onto or into the rubber buffers. The buffers with threaded bolts are characterised by twist-free threaded bolts. Maximum adhesion between the rubber and steel is achieved by means of vulcanisation.
Cellular buffers
Cellular buffers supplied by transprotec are characterised by long compression lengths and strong absorption capacity. The result is good deceleration values and low final pressures.
Vibration absorbers (rubber-to-metal elements)
To isolate components that are subject to dynamic stress from vibrations, vibration absorbers (rubber-to-metal elements) are used. The vibration absorbers can be used to dampen or almost completely compensate forced mechanical vibrations (e.g. in the case of motor suspensions) and structure-borne noise (sound waves).
