Plate clamps
The clamps and grabs supplied by transprotec are chosen in accordance with highest quality criteria.
Plate clamps are available for loads of up to 10 t.
Depending on the version, the plate clamps are equipped with a safety lock and pivoting shackle.

Please note:
The plate clamps are only suitable for transporting materials with a surface hardness below HRC 30.
The clamps in the TPTBL product range are used for (vertical) transport of individual sheet metal and steel plates, steel constructions, profiles etc. Furthermore the clamps can be used for lifting and rotating through 180°.
To transport large materials, a pair of plate clamps in conjunction with a suitable spreader beam can be used. The plate clamps are opened and closed by means of a locking lever. The safety lock uses a spring preload to ensure that the plate clamp cannot slip off the transported material.

Please note:
The plate clamps are only suitable for transporting materials with a surface hardness below HRC 30.
The ZPTBS plate clamps can hold the plates at various positions. Thanks to the cardan suspension, the clamp can lift a plate from the horizontal, put a plate down in the vertical or alternatively lift it over the edge by gripping it from the side. The pivoting shackle ensures adequate clamping force.

Please note that the load capacity decreases to 75% at an angle of 45°, and to 50% at an angle of 90°.
